The current site has several buildings today that have commercial and office spaces including a café, fitness studio, law offices, a grocer, pharmacy, and music store.

What buildings surround the site?

North: Social Condominiums is under construction and will be 52-storeys at the corner of Church Street and Dundas Street East.

South: Fleur Condominiums us under construction and will be 29-storeys at the corner of Church Street and Shuter Street.

East: The Boot Condominiums (12-storeys), Margaret Laurence Co-op (17-storeys), and Metta Housing Cooperative (14-storeys) line Dalhousie Street on the east side.

West: St. Michaels Cathedral Basilica and associated facilities.
